Richard P. Welsh Library

The mission of the Richard P. Welsh Library is to support the teaching and research needs of the faculty, students, and alumni of the NewSchool of Architecture and Design.

The Richard P. Welsh Library is a well-stocked academic library with a collection of over 17,000 volumes covering all subjects offered at NewSchool. The collection is kept relevant and useful through the acquisition of new titles to support graduate and undergraduate study according to our Collection Development Policy (PDF). The library also offers a reference collection, an excellent selection of periodicals and access to e-resources including databases and ebooks.

The library will be open limited hours this summer. Additionally, there are many ways to connect with our resources and staff while we phase back to campus this summer
